Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway (Harbin-Dalian passenger dedicated line) is a key project of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", an important part of the Beijing-Harbin passenger dedicated line network in the "four vertical and four horizontal" passenger dedicated line network of the national "medium and long-term railway network planning", and is a high-speed railway with high design and construction standards of *8981 in the severe cold area at the northern end of *8981, Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway was officially opened for operation on December 1, 2012. It starts from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province in the north, reaches Dalian City, Liaoning Province in the south, and runs through the three northeastern provinces, passing through Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Dalian four sub-provincial cities and six prefecture-level cities and their districts and counties. With a total length of 921 km, it is a two-track electrified railway. Among them, 81 kilometers are in Heilongjiang Province, 270 kilometers in Jilin Province, and 553 kilometers in Liaoning Province, with a total of 23 stations along the way.
