On December 28, 2010, the construction site of the South Trunk Canal Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Sany shield special crawler crane SCC2500C in the South-to-North Water Diversion South-South Trunk Canal Tunnel Project, the United States hoisting shield machine.
In the hoisting of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the South Trunk Canal Project, the Sany SCC2500C crawler crane adopts the special working condition of 19.5m main boom + 7m fixed jib for shield hoisting, and hoistes a shield machine weighing about 90t.
According to reports, before the crawler crane enters the shield hoisting field, the hoisting work of the shield machine needs to be completed by a 400t truck crane and a 160t truck crane. Both the equipment input cost and the rental cost are higher than the crawler crane.
According to the environmental requirements of the tunnel construction site, Sany R&D personnel designed a new hoisting condition for the crawler crane with SCC2500C crawler crane based on the characteristics of low lifting height with shield lifting: 19.5m main boom + 7m fixed jib working condition. After many tests, this working condition can meet the hoisting operation of the shield machine and similar products for subway construction. In order to meet the more complex construction requirements, Sany Technology has also launched a 22.5m main boom + 7m fixed jib working condition.
It can be called "shield crawler crane", it must have its uniqueness. When SCC2500C the crawler crane is working, no other auxiliary crane is required, and the shield machine can be turned over by itself, and the large lifting weight of the auxiliary hook *8981 can reach 80t. At the same time, the high-definition camera can observe the orientation of the heavy object from multiple angles, and the torque limiter can dynamically reflect the size of the load of the main hook and the auxiliary hook, and the hoisting action can be adjusted in time.
