The main bridge is located at the angle between Luolong Road and Longjin River, the construction environment is narrow, the construction layout is complex, the road condition is many, the unfavorable factors are more, the flexibility of the equipment is required to be extremely high, and the main bridge spans the Zhanglong Railway, Longzhang Railway, the speed of the two railways reaches 200 kilometers per hour, the nearest position from the main bridge is 6.6 meters, the operation is extremely difficult, the operation accuracy and safety are the primary guarantee, and the normal transportation of the railway can not be affected at the same time, and the high price is spent to build a rotating pier to solve this problem. The construction is located in the inland center of Longyan City, although it is above the Longjin River, there is no waterway transportation condition, and it spans two main roads of the city, with a large flow of people and vehicles, and dense surrounding residential buildings, which has a great test of the difficulty of construction. This is also the main reason why the use of tower cranes is not considered for construction, which not only tests the micro-mobility of the equipment, but also requires the patience and careful operation of the driver;
Construction process: the equipment entered on the morning of July 16, the current operation period is 2 months, during which the main responsibility for the main bridge of 35 tons of truck crane up and down and the main bridge cable installation, the equipment from the site to the completion of the assembly took 4 days, shortened the expected time of one and a half days, July 21 will be 35 tons of truck crane equipment on the main pier, at the same time the follow-up cable installation, an average of 12 tons per cable, but also need to cooperate with the cable insertion into the hole, The requirements for the accuracy and micro-control performance of the equipment and the operator are very large.
Customer evaluation: Xiamen Lichang Machinery 400 tons driver Chen Wenxiao introduced: the normal installation and construction of the tower bridge will use a large tonnage truck crane and tower crane to cooperate, but this situation is special, on the one hand, the Longyan Bridge across the Zhanglong Railway and Longzhang Railway, two important transport railways, and the frequency of high speed is high, there are great safety hazards, the most important of which is can not affect the normal transportation of the two railways, so the main pier of the rotatable body is installed in parallel with the two railways, In this way, the form of the railway is not affected, and the problem of construction work is solved. But if the tower crane is used for installation, the cable not only the construction period or extension, but also the cost will be greatly increased, the most important thing is that we need to lift a 35-ton truck to be hoisted on the main bridge section with the installation, so the tower crane is difficult to match and the safety index is low, and the site here is very limited, the normal larger truck crane is not good to carry out construction here, this time we used this Sany 400 tons, the front and rear assembly only took 4 days, if it is a tower crane at least half a month, our equipment transfer is fast, High efficiency, and just meet the construction requirements, if it is with 350 tons of crawler boom section length may not be able to meet the lifting load of 35 tons, this 400 tons just meet the requirements of construction operations, greatly shortened the expected time of one-third.
