Construction difficulties
(1) The geology is complex and the rock layer is hard. In the early stage, the long spiral pilot hole was used, and the partial drilling was serious in the lap process of the pilot hole, and the lower formation was hard, which was difficult to drive into the design elevation. After the use of high-pressure waterjet to pilot the hole Larsen steel sheet pile, due to the hard formation, it is still impossible to insert the steel sheet pile to the design elevation.
(2) The construction period is tight and the task is heavy. The general contractor requires 1 month to complete the construction of 4 cushion cap cofferdams, and another adjacent bid section uses powder spraying piles for pilot holes, and the construction of a single cofferdam takes 18 days, which does not meet the requirements of the construction period!
Construction performance
In order to cope with this special formation, Sany Construction Method provides customers with the following solutions before and during construction with more than ten years of experience:
(1) Adopt φ800 diameter casing wall, φ600 diameter drill bit, φ800@800 pilot hole form, and do not take lap joints to prevent deviation holes in the drilling process caused by mutual occlusion of the drilled holes.
(2) 6 casings are placed side by side at the same time, on the one hand, the casing passes through the upper layer of the hole that is easy to collapse, which can not only stabilize the hole wall, but also prevent the adjacent borehole from deflecting to the other side during drilling; On the other hand, the rotary excavation operation face is provided to avoid the impact of the rotary excavation operation efficiency due to the repeated casing.
(3) The use of Sany customized body bucket Pro can effectively prevent the problem of paste drilling in the drilling process of argillaceous siltstone formations, with high soil rejection efficiency and fast drilling rate.
(4) Unloading slag to adjacent boreholes reduces the secondary backfill time of boreholes, killing two birds with one stone.
Pass the aboveMeasures, SR65 single pile hole formation time is only 1h, each lead hole can be under 2 Larsen steel sheet piles, a single cofferdam pile formation time of 6~8d. The operating fuel consumption is only 7.5L/h. The single-day construction output value reached 20,000 yuan.
