From a small mountain village in Hunan to now becoming a Hunan *5656 private enterprise, Liang Wengen and his Sany Heavy Industry students have created a myth of China's private enterprises, how long can this myth be maintained in the rapidly changing market environment?

Liang Wengen, who started from a small mountain village in Hunan, has created a leading enterprise in construction machinery, which is full of legends.

Liang was one of the first batch of college students after the resumption of the college entrance examination. In 1983, Liang Wengen, who graduated from Central South University of Technology with a major in materials science, was assigned to Lianyuan Hongyuan Machinery Factory of the Ministry of Ordnance Industry, where he met several other shareholders of today's Sany Holdings, Tang Xiuguo, Mao Zhongwu and Yuan Jinhua.

Four restless young men begin to think about creating a career for themselves. At that time, I heard that selling sheep in the market was very profitable, so the four of them began to become sheep sellers, under the command of Liang Wengen in Lianyuan. Since he had never done business, several people did not know much about the market, and the business was not successful, so Liang Wengen decided to sell the sheep as soon as possible, so he sent a telegram to three people in the field: The sheep do not want, Mao Liu. It means that the sheep is gone, and the wool is left behind. Unexpectedly, this seemingly inexplicable telegram was mistaken by the public security organs for someone to engage in spy activities, causing a false alarm.

Liang Wengen*, who was born in a materials major, finally decided to do something within his major. Four people made up tens of thousands of yuan to set up a welding material factory in Maotang Township, Lianyuan County, Hunan. This small township enterprise gave them a taste of the sweetness of entrepreneurship.

Later, Liang Wengen and others began to enter the field of heavy industry machinery and established Sany Group in Changsha Economic Development Zone. In the early days of the company's establishment, the business development was not smooth due to the poor quality of the products. So Liang Wengen invited a better user in the industry, and he took a fancy to Yi Xiaogang, a fellow villager in Hunan. Yi Xiaogang was working at the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation of the Ministry of Machinery at that time, and was a user-level figure in domestic hydraulic technology. Liang Wengen's sincerity impressed Yi Xiaogang, who gave up his stable job at the institute and came to Sany Group, a private enterprise with uncertain prospects at the time. Driven by a group of researchers led by Yi Xiaogang, Sany soon developed a large number of technologically advanced construction machinery products. In order to repay Yi Xiaogang's contribution, in 1999, Liang Wengen donated 2% of the equity of Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to Yi Xiaogang. According to the employees of Sany Group, although he has a net worth of billions, Liang Wengen's life is still simple, living in the company's factory building most of the time, and he is also very diligent in his work. It is said that he would only take a day off on the first day of the Lunar New Year.
