Recently, the world's first hurdle double-container stacker SDJT100-D1 was successfully developed in Sany, which effectively solved the problem of long-term low efficiency of container operations.

Mr. Liu Zhenhua, deputy general manager of Sany Port Machinery Division, said that the company has fully mastered the design and manufacturing technology of port handler hurdle spreaders. Compared with previous forklifts, the SDJ100-D1 has two major advantages. First of all, the hurdle double-box spreader has a breakthrough in design, equipped with high-performance lock hook, hook system, safety alarm system and telescopic boom, with superior lifting stability performance, can meet different specifications of empty box lifting, and is equipped with a multi-functional fault locking system, making the lifting operation more convenient and safe. This is also where the product is technically *5655 innovative.

Secondly, the SDJT100-D1 has more than doubled its operational efficiency. The product is designed *5655 with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, which can directly load, unload and stack containers in the hurdle, and is currently the world's first forklift with the highest operating efficiency of 5661 in the industry that can lift 4 20-foot or 2 40-foot ISO standard containers and implement hurdle stacking.

It is understood that the successful development of SDJT100-D1 marks that Sany Port Machinery has been at the forefront of the world in the research and development of container handler product series, and has filled the gap of this technology in the world. So far, Sany HAECO Research Institute has applied for 4 product patents.
